ATTRACTION organized in March 2008, for a group of 30 banking and finance professionals, a luxurious 10-day discovery of Peru.  From Lima to Cuzco and Puno, the magic of the journey and the excellence of services enchanted our clients. Their experience was enhanced by a private flight from Lima to Cuzco, a luxury train to Puno, a private wine degustation party at one of the finest restaurants in Cuzco, a private open-air theater representation in the Sacred Valley with BBQ diner and cocktail, and a 4WD excursion in the Sacred Valley.

ATTRACTION organized for the incentive travel company Azoka (www.azoka.fr, affiliate of Atalante, www.atalante.fr), a 7-day reward trip offered to the employees of a French Luxury company. During a week, a group of 15 was enchanted by a surprise itinerary evolving from Lima, Nazca to Cuzco. The experience of our clients was enhanced by a private flight Lima/Nazca/Cuzco and a helicopter flight over the Nazca Lines with Bartholome D’Ans, astronomer and president of the Peruvian Astronomy Institute and the Maria Reiche planetariums and a 4WD excursion in the Sacred Valley.

Incentive / Peru

ATTRACTION is organizing for the “evenementiel” company Denis & Co., (www.denis-co.fr), an 8-day reward trip offered to 44 insurance brokers of a French insurance company and planned in April 2010. In November 2009, ATTRACTION, organized the familiarization trip of the project managers. Their experience was enhanced by a complete VIP service, a 4WD excursion in the Sacred Valley, a private dinner with cocktails and a Peruvian “Paso” horse demonstration at the “Wayra” ranch, a luxury train to Puno, and a private Ayarachi music and dance demonstration.

Organization partner / Peru

Each year Caen (France) hosts for 10 days, a major International Fair, where around 250,000 visitors descend on the “Parc des Expositions”. In September 2008, Peru was the official country honored at the fair : www.orsacredesincas.com.

ATTRACTION was the exclusive partner in Peru of “Caen Expo Congres”, the official organizers of the International Fair. Within the framework of a two-year long partnership, ATTRACTION organized four trips in Peru for “Caen Expo Congres”. A familiarization trip for the executive directors took place in November 2007. In April 2008, a TV crew, from the channel France 3, came for a week to shoot a reportage showing the preparation of the International Fair in Peru. In June 2008, a press tour with ten journalists, from several French magazines and newspapers, was also organized during the marketing campaign of the fair. And finally in July 2008, the executive directors came for a last logistic coordination trip before the opening of the fair in September. ATTRACTION missions also included the supervision of the production of 60 weaved “mantas”, which would be on display at the fair; the supervision of the construction of a Machu Picchu replica to be exhibited at the fair; the preparation of the photographic exhibition of Carlos Nishyama (over 60 Black & White photographs); the coordination with the Peruvian and French administrations regarding visas and other legal documents; the travel planning to France of a group of  15 Peruvian artists and other invited guests, participating in the Caen International Fair.

TV Production / Peru and Bolivia

“Entre Ciel & Terre” (2x52mns)

ATTRACTION was the preferred partner of Canal+/One Planet productions on two occasions, the shooting of two episodes of the travel documentary TV program “Entre Ciel et Terres” in the series the “Nouveaux Explorateurs”, diffused on the Discovery Channel, Canal+ and RTBF.  Once for three weeks in Peru (May 2008), the other time for three weeks in Bolivia (December 2008), ATTRACTION was not only the itinerary planner, responsible for booking all reservations and organizing all logistical transfers, for locations scouting and local casting, for  scheduling  and organizing day by day shooting scenes, for securing all the legal documentation and filming authorizations, but was also the on-site “fixer” of this trip, responsible for all the logistics and technical aspects of it, the safety and wellness of the TV crew, the supervision of the day by day production schedule by our tour managers and the safe transportation of specialized equipment (hot air balloon and cameras and sound equipment).

“Fourchette & Sac á Dos” (52mns, 3x26mns)

ATTRACTION was the preferred planner of France 5 / Coyote Conseils Production (www.coyote.fr) for the shooting, in May 2009, of a travel culinary TV program “Fourchette & Sac á Dos” diffused on France 5. ATTRACTION was not only the itinerary planner, responsible for booking all reservations and organizing all logistical transfers, for locations scouting and local casting, for  scheduling and organizing day by day shooting scenes, for securing all the legal documentation and filming authorizations, but was also the on-site “fixer” of this trip, responsible for all the logistics and technical aspects of it, the safety and wellness of the TV crew, the supervision of the day by day production schedule by our tour managers and the safe transportation of cameras and sound equipment.

Itinerary: Lima, Cuzco, Sacred Valley, the villages of Mantoclla, Chacan and Chulluquiani, Lake Titicaca, Uors Islands.

ATTRACTION was the preferred planner of France 3 / Riff Productions for the shooting in, May 2007, of two episodes (26mns) of a scientific and cultural TV program “C’est pas Sorcier” diffused on France 3. ATTRACTION was not only the itinerary planner, responsible for booking all reservations and organizing all logistical transfers, for locations scouting and local casting, for scheduling and organizing day by day shooting scenes, for securing all the legal documentation and filming authorizations, but was also the on-site “fixer” of this trip, responsible for all the logistics and technical aspects of it, the safety and wellness of the TV crew, the supervision of the day by day production schedule by our tour managers and the safe transportation of cameras and  sound equipment.
